No, you do not need to be home for the cleaning. Our cleaning techs are used to working efficiently and this happens to work out really well when no one is home. All we require is access to the home in the form of a key or code.Alarm? No worries either because we give the cleaning techs the information on how to turn them on and off when arriving and departing, with your permission.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Absolutely! We bring our own cleaning supplies that we work with on a regular basis and are comfortable using. Our cleaning techs also supply our own paper towels and bring bags to reline all the trash cans. We also bring commercial grade vacuums. Green cleaning products are supplied if you mention this when we sign service agreement. 

How do I pay for the cleaning fee?

Payment is due on the day of the service. The fastest and easiest way to pay on time is to have a credit card on file.

What about my pets?

Our cleaning techs can follow your careful instructions about handling your furry friends, whether it is putting them inside a kennel or letting them outside and bringing them back in before we leave. We do charge $25 extra for a pet fee.
